How Pacifics Works

A walk through the Pacifics pipeline: connect context, trace attack paths, prioritize by risk, recommend with controlled AI, and verify the fix.

Pacifics turns fragmented security data into prioritized, verifiable action. The way it does that is a pipeline, where each stage builds on the one before it. Here is the whole flow, end to end.

1. Connect the context

Pacifics ingests what your existing tools already produce — cloud resources, assets, vulnerabilities, identities, permissions, exposure, and findings — and connects them into a Security Context Graph. Instead of a dozen separate inventories, you get one model where the relationships between things are explicit.

2. Trace the attack paths

On top of the graph, Attack Path Intelligence traces how individual weaknesses combine. It follows the chain from an exposed entry point, through identities and permissions, to the critical assets an attacker would actually be after. The output is not a list of findings but a set of real paths.

3. Prioritize by context

With paths in hand, Pacifics prioritizes using the full picture — exposure, asset criticality, identity, permissions, and reachability — rather than severity alone. The findings that sit on a real path to something that matters rise to the top. The ones that lead nowhere stop stealing attention.

4. Recommend with controlled AI

A controlled AI assistant reads the context, explains why a given risk matters, and recommends corrective actions — patching, restricting exposure, reducing permissions, modifying controls. It is built to explain its reasoning, not just emit a verdict, and it never acts on its own. Humans stay in control of every change.

5. Remediate and verify

After a change is made, Pacifics re-evaluates the environment and checks whether the risk or attack path was actually eliminated. Verification closes the loop that most tools leave open: it is the difference between "we think we fixed it" and "we confirmed the path is gone."

The shape of the whole thing

Connect, trace, prioritize, recommend, verify. Each stage is only as good as the context underneath it, which is why the graph comes first. Everything Pacifics does is an attempt to turn connected context into decisions you can trust — and confirm.
